FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
IF WE WISH TO PICK UP THE ITEM, WHERE CAN WE PICK UP?
Answer: You may pick up at our store in 3rd level V-Mall Greenhills Shopping Center San Juan.

ARE YOU OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK?
Answer: We are open 7 days a week, Mondays to Sundays at 10am to 8pm. Friday and Saturday schedule is 10am to 9pm.

ARE THERE READY STOCKS AT YOUR SHOP? DO WE NEED TO PRE-BOOK OUR ORDER?
Answer: We always have stock available at the shop for Nokia, Samsung, Apple, and Asus unless the item you want to purchase ran out. There are some selected brands that needs pre-booking. Kindly call 7219018 before you proceed to our shop to make sure the item you want to buy is available.

WHAT DOES NTC REGISTERED MEAN:
Answer: Units that are NTC Registered have the official 1 year warranty of parts and service covered by the manufacturer.

CAN WE GO STRAIGHT TO THE SERVICE CENTER TO CLAIM THE WARRANTY?
Answer: Yes, present the receipt we gave you upon purchase to claim warranty.
